To promote interaction, understanding, and cooperation between our local USA REALTOR associations with China based real estate associations, companies, and organizations.
One should consider participating if they want to learn about working with inbound relocation/investor clients from China (China is the #1 largest international buyer of US residential real estate for many years running, over 3x as many as the next highest international country).
Participants will meet with and interact with China based real estate associations, companies, and organizations, and learn first hand what Chinese buyers are looking for in both real estate purchases as well as the broker/agent they work with. Additionally the opportunity to promote your own listings, projects, services will be possible.
Past attendees in our China Trade Mission event have closed real estate sales as a result in addition to creating relationships with referral partners within China.
While speaking Chinese does have its benefits, it is not a requirement to work with buyers from China.
Many brokers/agents that don’t speak Chinese close transactions with Chinese buyers every day.
We will be meeting with a variety of real estate related groups/companies. These include the largest China real estate associations, local and international branded real estate property brokerages, property developers, real estate technology and platforms, immigration companies, wealth management companies, etc.
A single room can be requested by paying an additional single supplement fee. We anticipate this fee to be $800-900.
