Terms and Conditions

By registering for the Trade Mission event, attendee understands that their deposit/full payment paid is to hold their space for the Trade Mission event (and thus one less space for other interested parties). As such, this deposit is unfortunately FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE.

Payments and deposits will be paid to the 2020 China Trade Mission travel agency (Leisure Vacation Travel) in order to book necessary accommodations, meals, ground transport, tours, etc.

Registration to the 2020 China Trade Mission is not deemed completed until attendees’ Deposit Payment/Full Payment clears and the “Waiver and Release of Liability Agreement” is signed.
