Julie Allen is passionate about improving the lives of those around her
through the purchase or sale of real estate and land, in Arizona and
anywhere in the world. She stays current in the real estate industry by
seeking opportunities for education, and has achieved designations as a
seller’s representative specialist, a resort and second property specialist,
and a certified international property specialist. Prior to real estate, she
was a director of branding and quality for a luxury international hotel chain,
and she puts her experience and creativity to work in marketing each
listing as a luxury property. She looks forward to providing outstanding
service with her sales and marketing expertise.
Julie is the growth chair committee and a member of her office’s ALC
(associate leadership council), an invitation only appointment extended to
top-performing agents within the top 10% of her market center of nearly
400 agents. and is certified by the state to teach real estate courses to
current and prospective licensees.
Julie is an MBA graduate of Cornell University and NTU of Singapore,
specializing in hospitality and marketing, and she uses these skills in her
real estate business. She is the President of the Cornell Hotel Society of
Arizona. She is bilingual in Spanish and has lived in Mexico, China, and
Singapore. She is a Keller Williams Global Property Specialist and holds
the designations of CIPS, SRS, and RSPS from the National Association
of Realtors.
Julie is a 2018 “40 under 40” nominee by the Scottsdale Area Association
of Realtors, and a member of the Arizona Association for Economic
Development, Phoenix Committee on Foreign Relations, Global Chamber
of Commerce, and Asian Real Estate Association of America.
In her free time, Julie enjoys hiking, traveling, and great food.
